Harriers Under 7 Colts played a great game over at Ursuline College against Thanet Raiders.
With most games cancelled across the district due to the latest storm, the U7's showed great resilience in what was a cold, wet and windy morning.
The development this team has shown over the last few months has been excellent for the coaches to witness, the way they keep their shape and move the ball round is really setting them on a strong foundation for the future. Whilst there were 4 goals scored by the team today, there were a lot more opportunities created, which is promising.
It was so wet and windy, the children played in their jackets today and listened really well as they moved into their differing positions every few mins to keep the substitutes moving quickly. A special thanks also go to the parents and families who all got soaked but were still out in their masses to support and cheer on the team.
Player of the match this week was Jack
Well done Harriers.
